ای-میل ذیل از سوی مرکز آموزش بین المللی تورین/ زیر مجموعه آی-ال-او ارسال شده است. طی آن اعلام شده که مرکز تورین با همکاری دپارتمان تآمین اجتماعی آی-ال-او، سیزدهمین مورد از دوره آموزشی “حمایت از درمان اجتماعی” را از تاریخ 3 تا 14 ماه مارس سال جاری میلادی در تورین ایتالیا برگزار می کند. این دوره به نابرابری ها در دستیابی به خدمات درمانی می پردازد.

Turin, Italy, 3 – 14 March 2014
We are pleased to inform you that the International Training Centre of the
ILO (ITC-ILO) in close collaboration with the ILO’s Social Security
Department is organizing the thirteenth edition of its training activity
“Social Health Protection: addressing inequities in access to health care”
in Turin, Italy, from 3 to 14 March 2014. During the residential phase a
study visit to a health insurance scheme in Chambéry, France is envisaged.
The course will identify inequities in effective access to health care and
main causes, review the importance of universal access to health care in
crisis and post crisis situations, issues related to the feasibility of
introducing a social health protection scheme and planning for
implementation; designing the appropriate contribution levels and benefits,
monitoring the provision of services and ensuring the sound governance and
financing of the scheme. For more information, please see the full course

Based on last year’s successful experience, we will again hold the course
in English and in French (with simultaneous interpretation and translation
of presentations), thus broadening the scope of the learning activity, as
well as the knowledge sharing experience.
The course is designed for executives, managers, planners, financial
officers and other responsible professionals of health care and health
insurance schemes, both in government and non-governmental sectors.

the ITC-ILO’s Campus in Turin.
